How can I change/reset my password?
- If you can't sign in to TOD, you can change/reset your password.
- However, if you know the password, and would like to change it, simply
- login to your account via a web browser or the app, and follow the steps below:
- Head to My Account > Change Password
- Verify your email address > Reset password
- We have sent you an email with the verification code to verify your account.
If you forget the email address you registered with, you will need to provide more information online to recover your account.
How can I reset/remove my parental PIN?
- The parental PIN code is there to ensure your children are watching content that suitable for their age, hence it cannot be removed but can be reset.
- Simply visit my account > reset PIN.
- Select a new PIN.
- Enter your password to confirm the new PIN.
How can I login to my Television On Demand account?
- You can log in through a smartphone, tablet or web by simply inserting your credentials and you're ready to go.
- Visit the website or the TOD app.
- Enter email and password.
- You are all set to enjoy TOD content.
How can I update/change my personal information?
- Sign in to your account
- go to My account
- and then to Manage details.
How do I change my preferred language?
- TOD is available in English and Arabic, it can easily be changed from the footer between Arabic and English.
How many profiles & devices can I add on my account?
- If you are a TOD subscriber with a paid subscription
- Only one stream can be used for SPORT, at any one time.
- Two streams can be used for ENTERTAINMENT, at any one time.
- You can register up to 5 devices on your account but once this limit is reached, you can only remove/replace 1 device per month.
- Once a device is removed/replaced on a particular date, you won’t be able to remove/replace another device until 30 days from this change.

- If you are a TOD subscriber with a paid SPORT or ALL-IN subscription, major events which were previously streamed, will be available under Sports.
- Simply click on the sports tab.
- Search for your match/event.
- Enjoy watching in HD quality.
How do I cast TOD to my television with Chromecast?
- You can cast content from the TOD Android or iOS app with a Chromecast dongle to your TV or via a Smart TV which is Chromecast enabled. Please, make sure that:
- Your Chromecast is already set up on the TV.
- Your smartphone or tablet is updated to the latest OS version available.
- Mobile device and TV are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
- Check the Chromecast icon availability inside TOD app, there are 2 access point for Android and iOS.
- Inside the player while watching content (Top right corner).

- The free trial is for the Entertainment package only (monthly / yearly)! Excluding sports
- Enjoy content for free for seven days, after which time you will be charged as per your subscription. If you cancel your subscription before the free trial ends, you will not be able to access the content for the full free trial period (7 days)

What happens if I cancel early?
- We don’t want to see you leave, but if you have to, we’ve made it easy for you to cancel your membership and come back to us whenever you want.
- The cost would be based on the difference between the current subscription credit and the time left on the current subscription.

What is my billing cycle?
- Your first monthly membership payment will be taken on the day your TOD pass goes live. This will cover your monthly recurring charges for the month ahead.
- Your regular monthly payment date will be on the same day of the month as your first payment. If your first payment was on the 29th, 30th or 31st, it’ll change to the last day of the month when a shorter month comes around.
- Like the monthly plan, your yearly payment date will be on the same day of the same month for the next year.

How can I solve the crash issue on TOD Mobile App
- Ensure that your internet speed is 10Mbps is the recommended minimum (this is the minimum required speed to ensure the content playback with the required quality).
- For IOS Devices:
- Delete the app and re-install the latest version.
- If the issue is still ongoing, update the IOS version of your phone to the latest version.
- For Android Devices:
- Close all the background applications
- Go to Settings
- Application Manager
- TOD app
- Click on Storage
- Select Clear Data
- If the issue is still ongoing you can try the following
- On your device press and hold on the TOD app icon
- Press the info button
- Press the Force stop button
- Alternatively you can delete the TOD app and re-install the latest version on your device.

- Select Clear browsing data and change from (last hour to from all-time).

- Once finished close the browser and try again.

- If you're watching TOD from your computer or mobile phone or tablet, you can check your internet connection speed at https://www.speedtest.net
- Visit speedtest.net from your computer or mobile browser.
- Wait for the site to calculate your internet speed.
- Once the test is complete, ensure that your speed meets our 10Mbps recommended minimum.
